This site is here for YOU to expose your written works to as many people as possible, including the publishers that frequent this site in search of new, fresh talent.

We depend upon you to follow the rules and to govern yourselves. There are a few rules that you must follow in order to take advantage of what this site has to offer you. They are the following:

1. No pornographic writings! Pornographic writings include decriptions of gentilia, sexual situations, and sexual interactions.
2. No blatanly inflamatory writings, and nothing in poor taste.
3. We reserve the right to expand these definitions, and to remove any writings that do not follow the spirit of these rules. All works are scanned for offensive material, and those that pass will be published.
   This is a family site and will be treated as such.
4. Submissions do NOT become the property of this site and its owners.
   As the author, you have exclusive rights to the works published here.
   You have the right to resubmit revised works that you own.
   You have the right to remove from this site any works that you own.
5. We are not held responsible for any copyright infringements that others may perpetrate against your works.
6. All submissions are required to be in regular text. No Word or WordPerfect documents will be accepted.
   In the following form you will be asked to paste your text into a text field. This will preserve all the line feeds, but any special formatting such as bolds, italics, underlining, etc. will be lost. We do this primarily to prevent the infection from viruses on our server.
7. We reserve the right to change any part of this agreement at any time and without prior notice.
8. It is understood by the author and The Publishing Site, that submitting writtings to this site implies agreement and compliance with the above items.
