Sites and applications

This site was my first major project. It was actually created while I was still in school, and was entirely self-motivated. It was an excellent learning experience, and I still host it because, frankly, I like it.

If you click on the link you will be sent to the home page. From there you can login as an administrator, the user name and password will already be filled in. After you log in you have access to the entire site. The administration link will be on the far right at the top.

I created this site out of frustration in finding a site dedicated to user experiences and comments about consumer products.

Comfort in the Cold (FoamSleeping Bags.com) -

What you see if the front end. There is a backend that deals with production tracking, materials inventory, and customer contact information.

Online grade application -

This is an online application I was commissioned to finish. It was actually started by another programmer, but he was not able to complete it. The greatest challenge about this application was understanding the code that had already been written by the previous programmer, and then completing it without re-writing the entire application. Although there was some re-writing that needed to be done, much of it retains the same direction and original coding.

Heart-matters -

This site was designed to be a haven of help for those who were seeking to build better relationships with others. It includes a newsletter, and content management scripts for the site administrator. Unfortunately the owners of the site had a turn of events that has placed development on hold. However, I have included here what has been completed.
